Huron County
Building Exhibit
Located on the ground floor of the Huron County Building are two display cases proudly curated by members of the Huron County Historical Society.
The cases were gifted by the Board of Commissioners and Building Authority of Huron County upon completion of the new Huron County Building. Dedication services of the displays began 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 10, 1970 with Dr. Harry Kelsey, Lansing, Director of Michigan Historical Commission, as speaker.
Currently, the Frank Murphy and Grice House Museums have artifacts on display. The display may be viewed during open hours of the Huron County Building. The displays rotate annually and will contain items from the Pigeon Historical Society in 2026.
